We believe that sustainability includes a social component. Therefore we like to introduce you to our cooperation partner BREAD & ROSES.

BREAD & ROSES gives women who have been unemployed for a long time a new perspective as seamstresses. With their mobile sewing service „Flickwerk“ (means patchwork) they visit retirement homes to do tailor work for the inhabitants on location. Furthermore, the women of the project manifacture their own products. This includes baby shoes and children’s slippers as well as aprons and accessories. The project is backed by the welfare and social partner of the Spenerhaus: the centre for women of the Diakonisches Werk Frankfurt).

You can find it in Rohrbachstraße 54 where Frog & Company await new owners.

Guests of the Spenerhaus are able to buy at the reception from a small selection showcased in the BREAD & ROSES display case on our first floor.
